With 15-plus years of experience and a passion for adventure and peculiar foods, Erik Trinidad has traveled through seven continents and 70 countries. A writer, blogger, video host, and producer who integrates adventure travel, scientific experiments, and offbeat cuisine, he has written for Discovery.com, Saveur, Epicurious, New York Post, Chicago Tribune, and The Huffington Post, and is a contributing writer for National Geographic's Intelligent Travel blog.
