Luckily, I discovered this simple green smoothie. It’s as easy as throwing some everyday super-foods into a blender and hitting a button. It’s quick, healthy, tasty, and leaves no room for excuses not to get breakfast right. Go on now, take your morning back!
Simple Green Smoothie
makes 1 serving
1 small green apple, cored and chopped
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1/3 cup frozen mango (or other fruit, such as pineapple, strawberries, or cantaloupe)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Voila! Pour and enjoy.
